Bed,pillows and bed coverings were very comfortable, a/c was nice and cold, quiet which is all I can really ask for. At check out the front desk lady was nicer. Our room smelled sooo good when we walked in! Very clean room.

The staff was friendly and offered helpful suggestions since we had never been to Savannah before. We really appreciated that the front desk worker did not have a foreign accent and was easy to understand. Unfortunately, I did not get her name, but I wish we could clone her and install her at all the hotels. The room was clean, large, and comfortable. I was traveling with my son and I felt safe staying at the Savannah Baymont.

I love the customer service at the front desk. The convenience of a shuttle from and to the hotel. The free wine, cheese and crackers for the guest from 5p to 7pm. The location it was close to restuarants and a grocery store. I also like the quietness of the hotel. My favorite was the dove soap instead of those cheap soap most hotel use.

The shuttle service was a huge plus. We were able to park our car and take the shuttle into Savannah without having to worry about parking. Then the pick-up was right on time getting us back. We also received wine, cheese, and crackers during 'happy hour' which was a nice bonus we were unaware of. Breakfast was good

the staff was very friendly and was willing to help and answer any questions asked. location from river street area was perfect! the suit was the perfect size for our family of 6. there was also a grocery store and other shops right next to the hotel.

Better than expected. Booked outside of Savannah to save money. Had free transport to river street Friday and Saturday every 3 hours, this was very nice, didn't have to worry about paying for parking. Room was clean, a/c worked well. Breakfast was ok, what'd you'd expect for free breakfast. Staff very nice. Would stay here again.

I was impressed with the aesthetics and the warm reception from the staff. The place was simple, elegant and clean. The receptionist when I first arrived was phenomenal.

The staff was so nice. They are short handed so we didn't get room service but we didn't want it anyway. Just got toiletries everyday & towels. I understood they were short handed, heck no one wants to work these days! The breakfast was great. It's no 5 star breakfast but myself & my children enjoyed it. Sausage biscuits, boiled eggs, waffles, muffins, cereal, oatmeal & juice bar along with coffee. Overall great for our family of 6
